Womxn’s Initiative
The Womxn’s Initiative is a six-week educational workshopping program that endeavors to educate and cultivate the leadership abilities of first and second-year students within the community that WSU seeks to serve. The program will aim to develop a greater understanding of professionalism among participants while also challenging them to be civically engaged members of society and connecting them with established womxn leaders on campus.

Historian/HerVoice Committee:
HERVoice magazine is a collection of work centered around one theme that correlates with what the Women Student Union stands for. The magazine will be published during women's history month which will take place in March. Past magazines can be accessed here: https://sai.fsu.edu/wsu/her-voice-magazine
Your primary role will be to work with the Historian to gather interviews, photos, articles, facts, art, history, etc. to fill this magazine with educational and uplifting content for the women of our campus! Specific roles will be designated upon discussing everyone's interests in our first meeting. You may also be asked to help brainstorm ideas for our Instagram's posts, design ideas, etc.

Organization of Women Leaders
The Organization of Women Leaders is made up of affiliates of the Women Student Union. OWLs are organizations that promote the empowerment of women through community service, networking, activism, events, and involvement. OWLs are to collaborate with each other and the Women Student Union over the course of the year by supporting each other’s events, co-sponsoring events, and networking with different organizations.
